A business improvement board, appointed by the mayor with the approval of the City Council, establishes the direction for the Business Improvement District and contracts for daily oversight of the activities within the district. The board holds regular meetings that are open to the public. Meetings are held on the third Thursday of the month, at 8 a.m., at the Chamber of Commerce, 309 West 2nd Street.
